Tired of traditional deadlifts? Thursday we are going to change it up and try out the sumo stance deadlifts. The focus is dialling in the technique, but the mechanics are very similar to what we've been building on in the conventional deadlift. The WOD is a good one, testing to see where we are at in terms of 3 exercises. We finish with another test in the 500m row, it's hard but it's quick. All in all, we are pushing the needle forward and getting fitter.
