Saturday workouts are becoming a notoriously great challenge brought to you by coach Adam. This week is no different where we have a workout that isn't even necessarily even meant to be finished. You will be tasked to find two friends and take this long one on as a team of three. 

Take advantage of the fact you will get twice as much time to rest after your turn of work by giving it a harder than normal effort. Completely forget about pacing. We are purposely trying to go to a level of intensity that we don't normally reach in our day to day training. Feel your lungs and heart beat today, have some fun and finish the week with a few high fives!
