Bring your running shoes and get ready! Another longer WOD for you to tackle. This couplet is going to challenge you to perform a more technical movement, the clean, under the fatigue of a run. 

The weight on the barbell for those who are confident with the movement should be on the higher side of moderate.  For those just learning on the skill, this WOD will give you the opportunity to get lots of practice with a lighter weight; allowing you to work on your technique a bit more. 

If you are unable to make the 9:30am class tomorrow, the gym hours are 8:00am-2:00pm, feel free to come and give it a try on your own!

21 Power Cleans (155/105)


Shorten the distance of the run (600m, 400m)
Modify to distance on a row, airdyne
Lighten the weight of the cleans
Use dumbbells.
