Happy Canada Day!
Gym hours are shortened to 11-2 today. This gives you a couple hours to come get this training day in if you'd like. This one isn't too bad if you feel comfortable tackling this yourself.

Piked push ups, feet on box or heavy strict DB press
Reduce barbell weight
60 single skips or 30 sec of double under attempts
