With the sun shining on us for the foreseeable future we want to encourage you guys to use that fitness to get outside and explore. Close to our hearts at Catalyst is the idea of adventure and this week we want to show you some of our favorite local spots that sit right in our backyard.


DAY 3: Little Mountain in Coombs
If you’re up to get out of the city for a little over an hour drive you’ll get to take in this view of the valley below Mount Arrowsmith. You can drive right to the top or hike your way up. Don’t ask to drive up if you’re with Coach Alex, she thinks the deal is you need to pay with some sweat before you get to see views like this.
