Happy Monday Everyone! We hope you all had a chance to go outside and enjoy some of the weather this weekend. 

To start this week off we have a fun little triplet! You’ll notice that the kettle bell swings are Russian kettlebell swings.  This reduced range of motion will give you the opportunity to try a weight for the kettlebell that might usually be out of your rep range. However, the volume is still high (120 swings in total), so it should be a weight that you could hold on to for at least 20 reps if you had to fresh. We encourage you to break these up early into smart sets (2-3)! For example, rep schemes of 15-15 or 12-10-8 are possible break up strategies.
