After a few weeks of Saturday team workouts we're setting you free!

As individuals you will workout your way through this benchmark workout that features high repetitions. It will be important to ask your coach what type of scaling option you might be ready for. It might be tempting to try to complete this entire workout but in order to maintain the intended stimulus you might be better off reducing something (weight, distance, rounds, etc) and besides, we want you to have FUN not simply drag your butt through a tough workout.


5 Rounds For Time:
400 Meter Run
30 Box Jumps (24/20)
30 Wallballs (20/14)


Reduce rounds to 3 or 4
Sub Row 500m or Airdynce 0.5 for Run
Reduce box jump height or sub Step Ups
Reduce wall ball weight
