After going over a few different shoulder to overhead options last week, we will now have the chance to continue to refine the technique of the push press, with the chance to try a different object than just a barbell. Aim to build up over the 5 sets of whatever implement you choose. When we get to the workout of the day, we have a medium length challenge ahead, pick a weight for the barbell that will let you move through very fast, using whatever of the STO technique works best for you.
