Sometimes after a long week we just need a partner to help us get through the workout. Today we will do a partner WOD, so your partner can give you a push and you can give them one. Have fun out there!

  • Back Squat 6 x 5 E90s

ACCESSORY

  • Weighted Step Ups 6/side

  • Side Plank 30 sec/side

Rest 1 min x 5 rounds

WOD

"Partner Push" // Compete one round of the following, then switch with a partner

  • Bike or Row 12 Cal

  • 10 KB High Pull

  • 8 Push-ups

1 partner goes through the full round, then rests while their partner goes through. Complete 8 rounds each.
