In this version of the rotating EMOM, the goal is to lift as heavy as you can for each station. Unlike past EMOMs where you work for 45 seconds, this one will be less work, but the goal is to make it more intense. Aim to push heavy weight on the barbell and step overs, and make the ring row challenging.
