No fries in today's WOD, just some good old fast work.. and a few burpees. You will have a five minute window to get through as many rounds as possible of wallballs and double crunch, the only catch, you need to first compete a set of burpees. Don't worry, each set your burpees will decrease! 

SKILL

  • Bench Press 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 E2M

Building up each set, try to increase if you completed last week.
