Looking to continue to build up the tolerance on weighted lunges. Any single leg movement is going to be challenging but the more you practice the better you'll become. Not only the better you'll get, but the more resistant to soreness too. If it's your first time lunging, work on smooth reps with good balance, if you are a practiced lunger, aim to add load to your body.
