It is the last day of January. Often times people start dropping off their gym routine. Don't get side tracked - continue to make fitness a priority. We've seen a lot of progress in just the last month, not to mention in the time before that. An easy example is on the skipping. Skipping is both challenging on the body and the brain. Since we've been skipping almost weekly, the efficiency has improved and some have even been getting some double unders! Keep it up!
