The shoulder joint is a ball and socket joint, and is one the most mobile joints in the body. Increased mobility can result in decreased stability if strengthening doesn't occur. In the functional fit class, there is a good amount of strengthening of our shoulder joints to help stabilize them throughout the many ranges that they operate in. Sign up for the class and put those shoulders to work.
