We hope you enjoyed the Family Day holiday, but Tuesday we are back in the gym. Just over a month ago, we did the workout "Hardio Cardio", and it was a great, yet challenging workout. Today, we are upping the ante and bringing you version 2. The newer edition now has the addition of wallballs. Just a bit more fitness, still work to get it down as quickly as possible.
