It's always fun to learn a new skill or trick, but also can be a bit scary. The "unstable overhead press" is a favourite of some, as it works the shoulders, arms, and core in a slightly different way than the traditional overhead press. Just because it's different doesn't mean we shouldn't give it a shot.
