We might have missed the deadlifts last week due to the snow day, but you can't get out of this foundational lift that easy. We are working the endurance side of the deadlift today with 5 sets of 10 reps. For the WOD, the working time gets shorter as you go, but so does the rest. Work as hard as you can to get as many reps as possible in each of the timeframes.
