Friday's class we have a task priority EMOM, not our regular time frame set up. The difference is that everyone is doing the same reps, and the faster you get the work done the more rest you get. Having said that, the goal of this one is to perform the exercises as challenging as possible. For example, for the 12 DB bench presses, grab a set of dumbbells that 12 reps is a struggle. That is how you will get stronger.
