Absolute strength is important, but so is relative. Being able to lift your body weight through various movements, like squats, push-ups, pull-ups, regardless of how much you weigh. Check out a good combo of bodyweight movements to help dial in our gymnastic abilities during the Thursday Functional Fit class.
