There is two main style of workouts that we go through, those that are work priority and those that are time priority. We are either trying to get as much work done as possible in an allotted amount of time, or we are trying to get a certain amount of work done as quick as we can. Friday's workout will feature both! How many rounds can you get done in 12 minutes then rest and see how fast you can get three rounds done!
