Thursday Functional Fit class features a fun partner workout. You and a partner will alternate after a full round of 4 box jumps, 8 ring rows, and 12 plate ground to overhead for 16 rounds. Aim to get your round done in less than a minute. Oh yeah, this workout starts and finishes with a mile run. Have fun!
