Building stability is an important part of functional fitness. Stability in the body can occur across many different joints. Being able to support our body weight or external objects is an example of stability. Lunges are a great test of lower body stability and handstands are tremendous for the upper body. When done properly, they both are incredible for core stability as well. Get after it!
