Lifting weights under a bit of fatigue is a great way to train multiple systems in the body at the same time. In the WOD you get to lift heavy on the bench, but for future rounds you will be a bit out of breath coming off the airdyne bike. A great combo of strength and conditioning await for the Wednesday Functional Fit class.
