Workout stimulus can be altered by weights and reps. Choosing higher weight will promote strength, whereas higher reps will promote endurance. Since we all could benefit from both, we will have two sections to the WOD today. The first will be focused on strength, and the second on cardio and endurance. Choose the right set up for your level to achieve the desired stimulus. (If you can do it for 20, it’s probably not a weight to do for 5, go heavier and get stronger).
