Tuesday's class features a partner WOD where both partners will be working at the same time. Once the running partner is down their three laps (down the stairs around the to the opposite stairs and back up x 3) partners will switch. Aim to get as many kettlebell swings as possible while your partner is running.

Rotate OTM through the following stations - 

  • 6-10 Lat Pull-down

  • 12-20 sec Ring Supports

  • 12-20 Banded Goodmornings

  • 6-10 Single Arm DB OH Squats

"Upper Decker" // AMRAP 20

In partners - 

  • P1 - 3 down and around stairs

  • P2 - 20 air squat, 10 Push-ups, Max Rep KBs
