Fun workout planned for today. Grab a buddy and complete all the reps of 1 exercise before trading off. You do 10 bench press, I do 10 bench press. You do 10 box jump overs, I do 10 box jump overs. You continue back and forth 1 exercise at a time. Each round the reps drop by 1, all the way down to the set of 1. Work on fast changes and move quick!
