A unique workout for the Friday Functional Fit class. We got your traditional partner AMRAP with a twist. The twist is that every 10 minutes you have to run 800m before picking up where you left off. The faster you run the more time you have for the AMRAP. Split the reps with a partner however you want, but run together each time.
