Over the last few Saturday's we've been spending about 20 minutes working the beginnings of some Olympic Lifting technique. This Saturday is no different. We will be progressing to taking the bar overhead. The WOD will be a partner WOD where both partners are working at the same time, starting on opposing stations. Once they both are done, they switch. Pick a weight for the Devil's Press to challenge yourself and try to sync up with the time your partner is rowing for.
