In this workout you may have one of two goals, survive or thrive. Survive will be getting through the round in just enough time to start the next round. Thriving will be attacking the round and getting it down in 2 minutes or less and giving yourself some rest before starting the next round. Likely fatigue will start to creep up and slow you down, so make sure you are getting rest when you are most rested, and work hard to maintain speed for all 8 rounds.
