"Partner Bollywood"

In pairs complete, with one partner working at a time:

  • Run 2km (switching every 200m - 5 each)

  • 22 Burpee Box Jumps

  • 22 Power Cleans

Airdyne Conditioning - In teams of 3 complete

  • 160 cals, rotating through as needed-

  • Pull-up bar hang

  • Overhead Medball Hold

  • Bike cals *Partners must be holding static for cals to count.
