Saskia has always had a passion for physical activity - whether it be playing volleyball at a competitive level, snowboarding with friends or competing in triathlons. To further her passion, Saskia went to school to study Sport & Fitness Leadership where she learned the importance of inclusion of every ability taking part in physical activity. Saskia is happiest when she can motivate others and help tackle goals. She is always looking for another epic goal to crush.

2x Barry’s Roubaix champion (2015, 2016), Isaac grew up in the province of Quebec as a short track speed skater. Upon graduating high school, he moved to Quebec City to train with a provincial training centre helping him reach a national level in the sport. His 13-year career was cut short with an unfortunate accident after which Isaac joined the navy. During his time in the navy, Isaac took up triathlon, but shhhh, he doesn’t like to talk about it. He took up cycling as it was a natural switch from speed skating. After leaving the navy he pursued cycling at the elite amateur racing all over the North-America as well as Europe. He now spends his time coaching and studying mechanical engineering.

Starting Monday, October 1st @a_bulmer@b78coaching will be leading our 6:00PM Spin class. A multi-sport coach and athlete, Alicia has committed her career and life to sport. She loves helping those around her find the same passion and drive for health & fitness that she has. .
