MONDAY, OCTOBER 22 2018

A great way to reduce risk of injury is to work on muscle symmetry. Having one leg stronger than the other is normal, but it should be recognized. Working the body unilaterally, by incorporating single arm or single leg work will help balance the body's natural imbalances. Therefore, for our Monday skill, we are working on some lunges, to work the legs separately. Afterwards we get after a partner AMRAP where you go as fast as you can through a round, and then you tag in your partner who does the same.
