The bent over barbell row will work everything in your 'pulling' muscles, on the other hand, the DB Bench Press will work all those upper body 'pushing' muscles. Remember that post yesterday about muscle imbalances, today is another opportunity to work on that with the incorporation of the dumbbell bench compared to the barbell.
