This is a workout that true to the functional fit title. We are taking the body through so many ranges of motion. The ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, elbows, and wrists are all in the equation for today. It is a very 'full body' class. Enjoy!

"Deadlift Cindy" // 20 min AMRAP

  • 5 Deadlift (a weight you can do about 15 reps)

  • 5 pull-ups

  • 10 push-ups

  • 15 air squat
