Shaking out the legs after the weekend. The goal is to squat heavy and jump high. Don't be intimidated by it, everything will be adjusted for your fitness level. Just get in and get fit!

Back Squats into Box Jumps

You will perform 5 back squats and then move immediately into 3 box jumps then rest.
Perform 6 sets starting the back squats every 2 minutes
