Tuesday's class we are taking the skill from last Monday's class. If you participated, it probably left you pretty sore. We need to work on building up a tolerance, so we will get after it again. Try to add a small amount from what you did before. If this is your first time doing this, no worries, go by feel and you'll certainly feel the burn. For the WOD, pick a weight for the barbell that will allow you to get the push press done in a maximum of 2 sets.
