This workout is a partner workout where one teammate goes through the three exercises first while their partner rests, then they switch, so partner one gets to rest while partner two completes the three movements. Each time you go through the workout you add three reps to each movement. 

SKILL

  • Bench Press3 x 10 then 3 x 5 (heavier) E90s


WOD

"Ball Hogs" 15 min AMRAP in a Team of 2

Round 1 // Partner 1 completes

  • 3 wallballs

  • 3 KBs3 cal row

Then partner 2 completes the same

Round 2:

  • 6 wallballs

  • 6 kettlebell swing

  • 6 cal row adding 3 reps per movement each rounds ** only 1 partner working at a time.
