TUESDAY. NOVEMBER 13

Welcome back. Today's functional fit class is known as a "Hero Workout." Hero workouts are known to be extremely challenging, and test both mental and physical abilities. Some Hero workouts are named after heroic individuals that died in the line of duty. The sacrifice made by these individuals and many others is something to remembered. Giving our best effort on this workout, regardless of the apparent difficulty, is a nice way to show just a little bit of gratitude for what others gave up for us.
