The goal of today's functional fit workout is to move quickly and move well. You will have rest breaks built in while your partner is working towards your target rep count. The reps are a total amount for you and a partner, so split them up as you need. Get through all the reps of each movement before moving on. Each movement will challenge the body differently, so enjoy the change of pace during, and the overall body burn after we are all done!
