SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 17 2018

This Saturday we have a partner workout. This partner workout is a bit different in format to ones we usually see. This is a relay style workout where each partner completes the entire version of their workout before tagging their partner in. The goal is to get both partners done as quick as possible for the best overall time, plus added rest going into workout 2. 

It is going to be quick and it's going to be fun! See you Saturday!

SKILL

  • Back Squat 5 x 5 E90s

WOD

Partner Relay  // 21-15-9 

  • Deadlift

  • Burpee over bar

Partner 1 completes the entire 21-15-9 then partner 2 completes the entire workout
