A good amount of fitness to get in during the Functional Fit class. Starting off with volume squats to work on your leg stamina. Following that up with not one, but two WODs. Part 1 is a classic chipper, and part 2 will feature some skipping skill and some abdominal endurance.

Stamina Squatting

OTM x 12 

  • Even minutes - 3 front squats

  • Odd minutes - 6 back squats (same weight)

WOD

  • 50 thrusters (empty bar)

  • 30 pull-ups/jumping pull-ups

Pt. 2

AMRAP

  • 8 Ab Mat sit-ups OTM

  • 25 double unders/50 singles
