This version of the OTM station rotations features 5 working stations and will be followed by a bonus rest minute. Last week those that came out to the Remembrance Day WOD suffered for 38+ minutes, completing close to 100 burpees each. Today the challenge will be a bit different but still a good challenge if you push your limits. Scale the movements as needed and work hard!
