A vareity of deadlift weights to get the body's nervous system primed for a fun partner workout. This workout BOTH partners will be working at the same time. The goal is to get through as many rounds as possible in the 20 min time domain.

Deadlift 10,8,6,4,2 building up in weight each set E90s

WOD

In partners complete a 20 min AMRAP

  • P1-400m Run

  • P2 - rounds of 30 box jumps, 30 wallballs

switch when the running partner is complete their 400m

score is the total running distance and reps of box jumps and wallballs
