For Saturday, we are going to be working in a team, but don't let that slow you down. Challenge yourself in each of the movements with either heavy weights or fast reps. One person working at a time so you will get some rest, just keep a running total and move on to the next movement once your team gets to 100!

100s Chipper - In a team of 3, complete the following:

  • 100 Bench Press

  • 100 Pull-ups

  • 100 Deadlifts

  • 100 Air Squats to medball
