Today you will be working with a partner to complete a TOTAL of 8 rounds, not 8 rounds each, of a nice little aerobic test. One partner will complete and entire round before tagging the other to begin their round. The strategy today should be to ever-so-slightly pace the row before really giving the run a solid push.
