No major notes about today's training but we would like to start getting the word out about something we're organizing for the second week of July.
We asked our friends at Reflex Supplements if they would want to stop in to do a little demo at our gym. We are imagining this as similar to coach Alex's Friday Ladies Night event... except have it open to everyone. We will kick things off with a little team workout before cooling down with some samples from Reflex and an opportunity to ask any questions about how improved nutritional habits can help you reach your goals.
