We have some olympic lifting technique and some strength on the menu for class today. Developing the olympic lifts will help with most other functional movements and overall force productions of the body. To finish the class we have a sprint workout where the intention is to be ready to go from that first push-up and go out hot and try to hold on. For the best scores you are going to need to push the pace on the bike and get it over with.
